How to see if a tool is enabled

Hello,

I am making my own custom Visio Toolbars using the DoCmd to perform the
Visio command. I would like to set my tool to match the state of the
Visio tool. Is there a way to see what the enabled state of a Visio
tool? For example I want to toggle the checked state of the Ruler and
Grid options to match the Visio state. How can I determine the enabled
state of these tools in Visio?

Check the variables ActiveWindow.ShowRulers and ActiveWindow.ShowGrid. They
will have a value or 0 or -1.

A simple way to find out what is going on is to play with the macro
recorder. So if there other things you want to check, record the events and
see what is recorded.
