Yoiu can't. "Bcc" means "blind courtesy (or carbon) copy". That means that
Outlook doesn't have access to the information unless it's a message you sent.

What part of *BLIND* Carbon Copy do you not understand?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blind_carbon_copy

For received e-mails, you will have to contact the sender to see if they
will divulge to whom they sent that e-mail. Think about it for just 4
seconds. Would YOU want someone divulging your e-mail address that
someone else included in their outbound e-mails sent to multiple
recipients? That means all those other recipients will know YOUR e-mail
address. Obviously you haven't thought through the security implication
of releasing your e-mail address to everyone included in a mailing list.

For sent e-mails, *open* the copy saved in your Sent Items folder
(double-click the item to open in it is own window, not just show in the
Preview pane). Since you are the *sender*, you are allowed to see to
whom you sent your e-mails. Then look at the Bcc field to see who you
put there in your outbound e-mail.
