how to see who took an unassigned task in Outlook?

trying to use Task in Outlook to assign employees to specific incoming
customer calls, but still allow the entire staff to see the queue. If I
assign the call to Tom, Tom will be notified of a task, but all others -
Jerry, Rosemary and Thyme - will have visibility to the assignment. Jerry
has nothing to do, so he takes the call - how do I display in task that Jerry
took the call. I know how to show it is taken, but not that he took it.

If you can answer this, I will be very appreciative.
