Hi,
Being new to this site I am a retired fire fighter and I have lost some
of my sight. Well as I was loosing my sight and not being too computer
literate, I was going to throw the towel in and pack it in all
together.
But one day as I was in church I was told about a video e-mail system
called My Video Talk. I looked into this and found the most
fascinating idea going. With this I just have to log on to a website,
put in my password and number and press record and send. No more
typing or spelling checks.
I found that this would be great for the partially sighted and the
dyslexic apart from everyone else.
Using just a webcam and getting a perfect picture and for very little
cost I can now send video emails all around the world, see my
grandchildren grow up daily.
Then I discovered another fantastic piece of technology I could copy
and past a video from this system almost anywhere. So I tired one way
I wanted to sell something on EBay, I was able to copy a video straight
onto the page when making up the description. And when I opened it up
the video just jumped straight out at me, and out of millions of
listings no one else was doing this.
I could also copy straight onto a website.
The ideas for this latest technology are endless.
So I hope this can help others as it has helped me.
