How to select all rules

I have created many rules to post incoming messages to different folders. As
the incoming messages go through spam / junk mail filter, they get
accumulated in those folders and does not go to rules. If have to run the
rules again, I need to select the rules one after the other. Is there any
way I can select all the rules with one click and run them all?

Nope. I'm sure code could be written that would do a 'Run ALL Rules Now'
thing, but, out of the box? Nope.
