How to select the old office toolbar skin?

I have office 2003 installed on win2000. It works fine, except the looks! Terrible
Fancy shades everywhere. Is there a way to select the old easy flat toolbar again? (like Avant browser does excelently!

toolbar again? (like Avant browser does excelently!)
