How to select the sending account in a CW install outlook 2000

I have XP station, with Outlook 2000 installed configured for a corporate
workgroup environment.
I have multiple internet e-mail accounts configured on the Outlook client

How do I set the account from which mail will be sent from?
It seems to default to in alphabetical order.
I have removed all account recreated the accounts under the one I wish to
send from, that didn’t fix the problem.
