How to send all mail from a mailing list to a specific folder?

Hello,

I'm subscribed to a mailing list and want to send e-mails from the mailing
list into a folder. I have a rule which does this if the mailing list e-mail
is on the To: line, but it does not work if the mailing list address is on
the Cc: line. How can I create a rule which sends mails to a folder if a
specific e-mail address is on the Cc: line? I'm using Outlook 2007.

Thanks,
Shaun

You could check if it's in To: or Cc:.

If you are subscribing to a mailing list, isn't the sender of that bulk
mail always the same? If so, look for the e-mails coming *from* that
sender.

If the sender is putting something in the To header to identify their
bulk mail, how do you know it will stay the same? It is, after all, a
bogus entry because it isn't sending the e-mail to itself. If the
sender often changes their return-path headers (so you can't use the
rule to check from whom an e-mail was sent), does the "sent to <people
or distribution list>" clause rule work in your rule?
