How to send automatic "out of office" reply emails?

I will be out of town for awhile and I would like an automatic reply sent to
people that send me email while I'm gone so that they won't expect a quick
reply. I've seen lots of other people do this, how do I turn this feature on?

If you don't use an exchange server than probably the easiest way would be
to use an Outlook add-in like Auto Reply Manager.
