how to send email by using macor

Hi,
I have a database for contacts; in this database I have email address. I use
a macro to open the outlook new massage. What I want to do is when I open the
form of the parson contact information and click on "send him an email" the
"TO" argument to be filled with the specific email address automatically

Can I do that or if you have a better idea, please help me
Your help is highly appreciated
