I use Outlook 2003. I have 5 different e-mail accounts and I want to see 5
accounts separately (as Netscape does). I need each individual e-mail account
should show "Inbox", "Sent Items", "Deleted Items" for that email account
only. (Not all e-mail in one place !! I cannot differentiate which from where)

Please show me step by step instructions, if any workaround is present.

Not possible without separate mail profiles for each mail account. You can
use rules to move items to folders with the account names, but you will only
have one in-box, deleted items, etc. per profile.

Yes that's what I need one "in-box" and "deleted item" per account (one for
work domain, one for yahoo, aol etc.) I have added individual folders from
File -> Data File Management (like Work, aol, Yahoo etc). Also I have added
email accounts from Tools->e-mail accounts. Please show me the next steps.

As indicated, you will need one mail profile per account if you want to use
your original idea of one in-box, deleted items, calendar, etc. for each
mail account.

Use F1 help and the search term "mail profiles."
