how to send mail to all contacts in single go

Switch to the Contacts folder, then use one of these methods.

Method #1: Edit | Select All, then Actions | New Message to Contact. You'll
want to cut and paste the addresses from the To box to the Bcc box.

Method #2: Tools | Mail Merge.

I cannot get the Mail Merge to work with BCM. For some
reason when you choose Business Contacts, it does not
give you the option to use "first name" only "Display
name." When I choose a contact from my standard
outlook "Contacts" it works fine (I see first name in the
matching fields). Is this another bug in BCM, or am I
doing this wrong?

thanks, Jeff

Are you starting the merge from Outlook or Word? Outlook would be the way to
go. Choose to merge all fields.
