How to send my OneNote file by email?

I couldn't find the "sending icon" in my program while email icon works.
I tried to check the problem in FAQs in vain.
What makes me not to do so? Seemingly no other users have the trouble.

If you're using Outlook 2003 as the email client, you'll see "Send a Copy"
just above and left of the To.... line. You send a copy of the item, not
the original.

I've got a hint from your help.
Problem is that I didn't set up an account in Outlook2003 as my client email.
I have just solved it by adding an email account in that.
