How to send out-of-office autoreplies only to coworkers

Is there a way to configure out-of-office assistant to send the autoreply
only to some folks but not to the whole world? Or is there some other way to
use rules to set up a similar function? I want to sent out-of-office replies
only to my direct coworkers, not to everyone who emails me.

That is the secure default. Your mail admin has modified the configuration
of the Exchange server to allow this (unless you are still running Exchange
5.5 without SP4 ;-)
