Want to use project to send reports to a non-MSPrj user.
Currently, staff will duplicate work by creating a Word
document. Tips welcome!

John,

If you have a .pdf writer like AdobePDF Writer, you can print the
report to a .pdf file and send it via email to anyone with a .pdf
reader (Adobe Reader is free; the Writer is not). If you have a
writer, click File>Print and change the printer to the writer. Click
Cancel. Open the report, click Print>Ok, and it will prompt for a
directory to save the file in.

If you use 2002 use the camera function. This takes a
snapshot of your project, saves it as a file of your
naming/destination which can then be sent to all even
though they dont have MS project installed!!!
