How to send Team Status to only 1 person at a time

I have created a project with numerous tasks and assigned
multiple resources against many tasks. I have sent out
the Team Status but now have to added 1 additional
resource to a number of tasks. Is there a way to send a
Team Status to only the one person without having
everyone receive another Team Status email notification?
I have more than 10 tasks affected so I cannot use
the "Selected Task" option. I really have to use all
tasks.
