How to send vector VSD file to a client who only takes EPS and AI?

Visio now shares no formats with Adobe Illustrator. My associate uses a Mac
and needs EPS or AI. I use a PC with Viso 2003 and can save as VSD, DWG,
SVG, etc. How do we bridge this gap?

I usually just configure an a PS printer that supports print to file and
then point Visio at it. SVG is supported as a free download for Adobe so you
might check to see if they have a MAC version of it.
