How to send web page in email using outlook & not having msn dial.

I'm using outlook 2003. I have no problem sending and receiving emails
with outlook for my msn and hotmail email addresses. The problem is when I
am at a web site and want to email the page or link by clicking tools-then
mail and news-then send link or send page, I get the msn dial up window which
I can not use due to the fact that I canceled my msn account and only have
the msn email due to my hotmail account. I have a high speed connection and
wish to have outlooks new email window opened when I decide to send a link or
page without cutting or pasteing. Please advise.
