how to set a button for macro on the toolbar...

how do i set a button on the toolbar for subheading's macro...
and macro of page numbering...?

There is already an Insert Page Number button on the Header and Footer
toolbar. You can also assign any style (including heading styles) to a
toolbar button using Tools | Customize.
