How to set a custom paper size for document.PrintOut

Hi,

In the print setup tab of the page setup dialog of Visio 2003 I can choose
from a lot of paper sizes. However the only paper sizes I can set on the
Visio document are the VisPaperSizes paper sizes and that is only a very
basic set. How can I set the other paper sizes from the print setub tab
programmatically before calling document.PrintOut?
