How to set a default value for an Enterprise Task Outline Code

I have an Enterprise Task Outline Code that uses a two-level lookup table to
validate entries. Is it possible to have a default value assigned to the
task outline code for new tasks, and if so, how do I accomplish this?

Project Server does not allow you to set a default value for enterprise
outline codes. Therefore, I would recommend you teach your people how to
select a value for a task and then use the Fill Handle to fill down the
value into successive cells, just as they might do in Excel. This could
speed up the process of setting an outline code value on each task. Hope
