How to set Add-In Publisher name

I have developed a Word Add-In using VSTO 2005 SE. How do I set the Publisher
name displayed at the bottom of the Office button > Word Options > Add-Ins
Dialog when I click on my Add-In. Currently the Publisher value is displayed
as <none>. I've tried to specify the Author field and tried some others in
the Setup Project that seemed appropriate but still my Publisher name remains
<none>. Where is this information stored? Maybe in the registry or somewhere
else?

The publisher name is taken from the digital signature. I believe though
with VSTO, that it will never grab your signature, but I could be wrong.
