How to set alert when change been made on one note?

Would like to use one note but want to set up a alert to tell users that a
file note has been changed or something has been added there.

OneNote does not have a feature like you want to have it.

No, there is no such option.
There are several Parameters for starting ON (pls see "Help"). But
nothing for directly opening this view.
It could be programmed, however, using ON's API.
