I am defining a Access report which as its data source from a Access
query.
The problem I am facing is some of the Access query columns are
derived from the underlying tables and some of the columns in the
Access query are derived values like TotalSales = RebateSales +
UnRebatedSales eventhough I set the decimal places to say 2 or 0 that
seems to be applied by the Access reports only to the fields coming
from the tables in the Access query some of the derived columns in the
Access Query like TotalSales which is a calculated column the Access
report seems not to apply the decimal places to these derived columns
at all.
Can any of you please advice how I can overcome this problem so that I
am able to apply the decimal places to all kinds of columns coming
from the Access report.
Thanks
