how to set default line formatting

I would like to change the defualt line formatting weight and color so that
every new diagram uses the new settings...any ideas?

one technique might be to create a custom style that you can apply to your
documents when you open them. The catch is when you say "every" diagram
since templates and stencils would all have to be modifed as well which
probably isn't practical.
