How to set default recipient in CC and BCC column?

Hi...

Good day to you all.

I like to know whether is there any option in Microsoft outlook 2003 to set
a default recipient in the CC and BCC column When ever I compose, reply or
forward a mail.

Example:
When I open a new mail or reply a mail or forward a mail I want
(e-mail address removed) email address in the CC and (e-mail address removed) email address in
BCC column.
