How To Set Different Default Templates For Subpages

Hi,

Im trying to use OneNote to take notes in lectures and have been using the
lecture slides template, but when I create a new sub-page I want a custom
template for more detailed notes without the Important Points and other stuff
appearing.

Anyone got any ideas?? I really need this to work

You can set a template to apply only to all new pages in a section. You
can't have multiple templates per section.

What about creating two separate pages, then making one page a
sub-page to the other? I have a "Make Page a Sub-Page" button on my
toolbar, which is likely tied to some PowerToy I've installed
somewhere along the way. To test this, I created two pages, each with
different templates. Then I clicked this button with the second page
selected, and it made the second page a sub-page to the first and it
retained the different template.

For the lurkesr:
It's

Great idea. Thanks for sharing this.

It might perhaps even be supported by "OneNote MultiCreate PowerToy"
http://www.tabletdev.com/tools/OneNoteMultiCreateSetup.msi
which can create multiple pages.
