How to set different profile settings for automatic delete folder

Trying to set different delete options for two different e-mail profiles in
Office Pro 2003 Outlook. While I can set different autoarchive settings for
the same folder in different e-mail profiles, I cannot seem to set different
delete functions (automatic upon exiting Outlook vs. don't delete files from
"deleted files" folder) in different e-mail profiles. When I set the folder
to automatically delete in one profile, that setting seems to overwrite a
previous "don't delete" setting in the other, and vice versa.

Design flaw or am I doing something wrong???

That setting, like many others, is per-user, not per-mail profile.
