How to set e.g. 6 month limit of a start date?

Hi’ kings and queens of InfoPath...

I've created a start date box and an end date box... Notwithstanding default
start date I want to set a limit to the end date (maximum 6 month). If the
user tries to fill in a date that have exceed the start date within six
month, a message box should tell the user to fill in a previous date. Anybody
that have an idea of what to do I'll be very grateful. I'm using InfoPath
2003.

Hi Hans,

You can pop a message box using a data validation option in the InfoPath.
You will set a condition on the field, check that condition and Pop an Alert.
