I would like to send selected emails and flag them for followup... so they
appear in my followup folder (with the other emails that I've received, filed
and flagged). The catch is that I don't want to have this follow up
information going into the recipient's email. Currently, if you set a
followup flag in an outgoing message then it will show followup information
in the email that the recipient receives.
I know all about the Outlook options and rules for outgoing emails, but this
is a multi-step (manual) process. Does anyone know of something easy and
efficient (a single key stroke or command)?
