How to set MailItem.Permission to olPermissionTemplate?

This is regarding the Permission property on the MailItem object.


I can set the Permission property to olUnrestricted or olDoNotForward,
but I can't set it to olPermissionTemplate.

What is the correct usage of olPermissionTemplate?

Which IRM template will Outlook use if this permission is chosen?

How do I specify programmatically which IRM template Outlook should
use?
