How to set months of the calendar

Hello
I am working on a database that requires the year, month, and day to be the
key points. As I am a newbie, I can't figure that out. I am working on
Funeral Home Records for a Genealogy Society. I have two years from two
different Funeral Homes. When I print it up in Report, I want the data to
be in calendar order interweaving the two funeral homes. Currently, the
report does sort year and date but not the month which is in alphabetical
order.
Any assistance or tips would be greatly appreciated. (I need to turn this
in by Saturday morning.)

Hello
I set the date of death with Day DOD, Month DOD, and year DOD in the
database mode. Day and year are numbers with Month being text in the design
mode. When I set up the report in design mode, I eliminated the labels and
created one as Date of Death. I placed Date, Month and Year next to the new
label. I am not familar with SQL strings or formula, this has been by
reading and trial & error.
