How to set Outlook 03 to display Password is about to expire?

Our State has migrated to an enterprise e-mail system using Exchange 2003
Server in which all 25,000 state employees use. It was said that we would
use OWA on the client side. OWA is limited and our agency had aquired
Outlook 2003 previously. The system technicians verified those that wanted
to use Outlook 2003 would be able to operate just fine. Password expiration
was set on the enterprise server for 90 days. OWA displayed the message
"Password will expire in xx days". The Outlook 2003 thick client does not
display the expiration message. Does anyone know how to get the message to
display in Outlook 2003?

remind them.
