How to set Security to Low in Access 2003?

W2K, Office 2003.

In Access 2003 (included in Office 2003), I find no way to change the
security setting. It is present under Tools/Options/Security in all other
Office 2003 programs except Access 2003.

Anyone know where it is hiding?

I believe that you can get the option back by searching around in the
Customize menu.

Well, you're absolutely right!! It's cleverly hidden in
Customize/Tools/Security, but not in the as-delivered Tools menu where
everyone says to look. MS designers must be losing it. Now everything works
fine. Thanks for your help.
