How to set the default email program for sending webpage links by email

How do I set the default email program for sending
webpage links by email. I have MSN installed to check my
home email as well as Outlook for my office email.
Whenever I am visiting a webpage I want to send as a link
to someone I choose File then send then as a webpage
link. The next thing I see is my MSN login screen.

I've tried the settings under tools and options in both
MS Internet Explorer and Outlook. No change.

HELP!!
