never bothered to mention HOW you record your "duty". Maybe the
Journal function in Outlook? A list of tasks? WHAT?

The duty was not regular day period. The duty time is fixed a
period.
So your work shift has fixed start and end times but not what you
figure is the standard 1st shift or workday shift. So what do you
need changed in Outlook? The start-of-day and end-of-day times in
your calendar which are settings in the calendar options in Outlook?

and no need to type in every time in everyday in OUTLOOK.

You might be better served by reposting where you include both your
native-language version of your message and your poor attempt at
English. Don't rely on language translators to construct intelligible
sentences in another language. At best, they should only be used to
convert from another language to your language to attempt to decipher
the text. Don't use them to convert your language to another language
and expect the other-language user to understand your message.
