How to set the width of the stencil window in Visio 2003

Hi,

Does anybody know how to programmatically set the width of the stencil
window in Visio 2003.

Usually Visio remembers the previous state of this window, but if I invoke
it inside IE through the IFrame sourced on the .VST file it shows the stencil
window as very narrow strip (1 shape per row) no matter what.
