How to set up an alarm on the dates I put into my forms?

Howdy?
I am new to this Groove and really love this program.

I made a form and put in some dates.
if i wanted to set up an alarm on that date or before 2 month.

how do I do it? Can you help me with this?
or.. should I buy a book to study it?

The Alerts feature in Groove is used to notify the user when new data has
been received in the workspace. It cannot be used to notify the user on
existing data.
You could however use the Groove Databridge to actively monitor the contents
of a specific workspace and then send automatic notifications to member of
the workspace when a threshold is reached. This would require you to sync
regularly with the DataBridge though (meaning: being online regularly) in
order for the DataBridge to see the latest data.
