How to set up avery 5027 labels in merge document?

Have Avery 5027 labels and need to set up a template or a word document of
some kind to merge labels information from another program but must be in
Word fomat.

What version of Word?

Select an 8166 label and then click on the Details button and make the
following changes

Label height = 0.94"
Vertical pitch = 1.13"
Horizontal pitch = 4.06"
Number down = 9
