How to set up emails on a web form?

Can anyone tell me how to set up emails on a publisher web form.

Create a hyperlink to an e-mail address:

Select the text or picture.
On the Standard toolbar, click Insert Hyperlink .
Under Link to, click E-mail Address.
Type the e-mail address that you want in the E-mail address box.
In the Subject box, type the subject of the e-mail message.

Are you asking how to set up and use a form on your website, or simply how
to insert a hyperlink for an email such as Spike suggested?

If a form, please tell us what version of Publisher you are using, what
operating system, what version of IE, and who is your web host. And if you
have already uploaded your site, then provide a link to the page where you
are having your problems.
