how to set up for translations to Spanish

I need some help seting up my computer to help me with translations from

That's a Windows thing rather than a Word thing. If you want to be
able to switch between an English keyboard and a Spanish keyboard, (in
XP) go to Control Panel > Regions and Languages, Languages, Details,
Add.

Inside Word (2003), under Tools > Languages you can mark selected text
Spanish or English, and then if you have a Spanish dictionary, it'll
do the correct spell-checking for each language, follow conventions
for punctuation marks, etc.
