how to set up MS outlook to send e-mail using my DSL provider.

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to provide you with
instructions for configuring Outlook to work with their mail server. That
would be the first place I'd look.
If you don't have any luck with your ISP, I'd suggest asking your question
in a group devoted to Outlook. This group is dedicated to setup and
configuration of the Access relational database product. Two possibilities
are:

microsoft.public.outlook.general
microsoft.public.outlook.installation
