How to set up my office live email account within Outlook Express?

Hi

Is there a way to set up my office live email account within Outlook Express
in my Windows XP Home PC?
It would be more convenient to check my business emails via Outlook Express,
rather than logging on to the Office Live server and accessing them that way.

If some one knows of a way, please contact me.
