How To Set Up New Outlook on New Computer With Old "pst"

R

Ron

I am installing a NEW trial version of Outlook 2003 on a NEW computer. I have
a ".pst" from my old computer that I have moved to the new PC. The old pst is
from Outlook 2002. What all do I have to do to get the new program to
recognize and use the pst file?

Thanks Russ, I'll give this a try tomorrow when I'm fresh!!

Be sure NOT to copy this PST file to the default location. You might end up
overwriting another PST file and corrupt your profile. Just copy it
somewhere else.

Russ,
This got me my "pst" folder back but when I try to address a new message
using the "To" button, my contacts arn't listed.

That's because you haven't configured your Outlook Address Book yet:
