How to set up so site is centered no matter what the screen size

I use FP 2002- sometimes from different computers. When I make changes from
one and view it on my internet- everything is lined up and great. When I
view it on another computer, it is off center or out of line. How can I set
up my site so that no matter what computer it was edited on, and no matter
what computer screen it is viewed on- everything is centered? Kind of like it
is floating on the screen.
