A query on importing data in Outlook cal

Please advise how to set up sunrise and sunset timings in Outlook calender
without blocking the time frame in calender. Also please advise if such
excel file of sunrise and sunset timings can be imported in Outlook calender.
The above is one of the example since I would also like to import local
holidays in the Outlook calender but without blocking any time frames. Thanks

Yes, set the availability for those appointments to Free instead of Busy.
Setting it up as an "All day event" will make it show at the top of a day
instead of at that specific time of the day. You could could add the
sunrise/sunset time in the body of the message.
The build-in holiday list of Outlook already marks the holidays as Free.
Importing items from an Excel sheet can be done via File-> Import and
Export...
