How to set up two different email accounts from two different ISPs

My boss needs to be able to take his laptop home and check email. We have
Bellsouth DSL at the office and most remote locations and he has Comcast
cable at home. When he is at home, he can receive email to his work account
but can't forward or reply. If he is at work, everything works fine. So it
seems the problem is on Comcast's side. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Actually, I wouldn't be so sure to say that there is actually a 'problem'.
Have you contacted BellSouth to verify that he should be able to use their
SMTP server if he is not on their network? I'd wager you need to
authenticate against the smtp server.
