how to set up yahoo and hot mail accounts through outlook 2003.

i have tried to set up pop 3 accounts like this mail.yahoo.com but i keep

In order to set up a yahoo account using your outlook, you have to pay to
have that service. I believe its $19.99 per year for this yahoo premium
service.
