How to setup a Password Protected FrontPage 2002 Discussion Forum

I am currently managing a FrontPage 2002 Discussion Forum for a non-profit
organization and the site is being abused by a Chinese group with their
Chinese postings. I need a way to filter them out or convert to a password
protected forum.
Any help will greatly appreciated.

This is the Microsoft Project forum so I suggest you post to a FrontPage
forum.
As for filtering, it is my experience that most of your abusive posters will
all be coming from a fairly well defined range of IP addresses. Filtering
that range will keep them out (but also legitimate users from China as
well).
