how to setup access to automatically create a new record once cur.

I created a form that is filled by data input from a barcode reader. Once the
last field of my form is autofilled, I'd like access to open a next new blank
record. The point is to prevent the operator from switching from the barcode
reader to the mouse and clicking on the arrow for the next record.
How should I create such an event related to the last entered field.
How do I do that?

I don't understand this: it sounds like you should be looking at the
properties on the form you are using, like AllowNewRecords or
DisplayTableControls and so on. Access provides pretty good navigation
controls without having to resort to dummy records and the like.
